Coming up in January at Parents Place

New Mother/New Baby – In our New Mother/New Baby group, you will meet with other new mothers to discuss the joys and challenges of motherhood. This is a great way to meet friends and form networks as we discuss both the practical and the emotional issues of becoming a parent. Topics include helping your baby sleep through the night; breast and/or bottle-feeding; changing relationships with friends, family, partner; traveling with babies; passing on values and traditions; taking care of yourself.
